Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property, report maintenance concerns and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and assist authorized visitors as required.
• Prepare daily activity reports and communicate information to supervisors.
