Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Armed Patrol in Atlanta, GA to protect clients across multiple industries, including financial institutions. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to use our Claim a Shift platform to pick shifts.

As an Armed Security Officer, you will monitor assigned areas, deter incidents, and respond professionally to evolving situations while maintaining clear communication with site leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate incident, patrol, and daily activity reports in accordance with site-specific requirements and Allied Universal procedures.
