Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old and a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain PERC license within 30 days.
• Possess a valid FOID.
• Has or can obtain a 230 certificate within 30 days.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and meet insurance requirements.
• No felony or misdemeanor that reflects on the capacity to serve.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned property to prevent crime and enforce policies.
• Observe, report, and act on suspicious activity; check buildings and observe people/vehicles.
• Provide testimony in a court of law when required.
• Prepare and write incident and activity reports.
• Deliver professional customer service and resolve issues creatively.
• Follow safety policies and participate in ongoing training.
• Perform tasks within established timelines.
• Support diversity in the workplace.
