Stark Security Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard to protect property and people at a Chicago location. The role operates Wednesday through Saturday, 8pm to 6am, and is full-time. Duties include patrolling, reporting incidents, and providing customer service with professional conduct.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a PERC license within 30 days, and a valid driver’s license. Applicants must be at least 18 and be U.S. citizens.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and a US citizen.
• PERC license within 30 days of employment.
• Must have a working cell phone to use the security app.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• No felony or misdemeanor history.
• Ability to read and interpret laws and orders.
• Strong composure under pressure and ability to work under stress.
• Ability to multitask during changing circumstances.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned property to prevent crime and enforce policies.
• Observe and report conditions; check buildings for security; document incidents.
• Provide professional testimony in court when needed.
• Prepare reports related to arrests and daily activity.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain safety and follow all policies and safety procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to the employee handbook.
