Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Armed security/military or law enforcement experience 1+ year.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply; driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at entry points per site procedures and policies.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and document activity.
• Control entry/exit of employees, contractors, deliveries, and shipments.
• Respond to incidents calmly following reporting/escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter; vary by client site.
