Responsibilities

• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and manage visitor access.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following escalation procedures.
• Conduct patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with bank staff, visitors, and first responders.
