Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include valid driver’s license.
• Level III Armed Guard Card required in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular armed patrols throughout the retail location including sales floors and entry points.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and deter crime through a professional presence.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to site management.
