Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other events calmly.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of store, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity per procedures.
• Maintain incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity records.
