Responsibilities

• Digitize archival materials such as newspaper clippings and yearbooks.
• Apply file naming conventions for standalone and composite items.
• Write contextual notes for each collection.
• Upload files and contextual notes to JSTOR Seeklight for AI metadata creation.
• Review AI-generated metadata with rubric and adjust as needed.
• File scanned materials into archival boxes.
• Maintain reflective notes on the archival process and use of AI.
