Job summary

Easton Foundations is seeking a Facility Assistant to perform basic maintenance on archery ranges and equipment, and to support events and programs. The role includes duties across indoor, outdoor, and field ranges, with hands-on tasks and teamwork.

The position offers 20 hours per week, including varied shifts; compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour DOE, with benefits such as PTO, 401(k) match, and employee discounts. No experience required to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-standard hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle equipment safely.
• Must hold or obtain US Archery level 2 instructor certification and USA Archery judging certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in an English-speaking environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on archery ranges, targets, and equipment to keep tournament quality.
• Provide logistical/operational support for archery events and programs.
• Assist with birthday parties, field trips, and team-building activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of indoor/outdoor ranges, shop, warehouse, and storage sheds.
