Qualifications

• Experience with basic accounting processes such as payroll, accounts receivable or payable, bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with GAAP concepts, such as revenue recognition.
• Familiarity with double-entry accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional experience for the team and customers.
• Focus on timely completion of core accounts receivable processes.
• Accurately complete daily batching and deposits; document customer communications during collections.
• Expand knowledge of trades and related transactions (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) within AR workflows.
