You will work with guidance through the apprentice program, gain hands-on experience with eyewear dispensing, and help customers while ensuring quality and timely service in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Part of an approved Apprentice Program.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses to fit vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Deliver LensCrafters experience through the selling process and expert service.
• Operate POS accurately and handle payments according to procedures.
• Take and record measurements; ensure eyewear meets quality standards and customer requests.
• Provide eyewear care guidance and explain guarantees and services.
