Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a part-time Apprentice Optician in Ohio to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will help customers select frames and lenses, perform fittings, and ensure eyewear meets high optical standards.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the process, providing accurate measurements, and explaining service guarantees while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of optical theory and LensCrafters merchandise.
• Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators; ability to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by greeting, explaining process and guiding frame/lens selections.
• Support accuracy in measurements, fitting and dispensing eyewear.
• Explain LensCrafters guarantees and services; ensure products meet standards.
