Job summary

Greystar is hiring a part-time Housekeeper for Riverwalk in Eugene, OR. You will clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, models, amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis to maintain market-ready appeal.

The role requires a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart, ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, with potential bonuses depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; work indoors and outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed.
• Ensures market-ready appeal by refreshing vacant homes and show units throughout the day.
• Assists in make-ready tasks and reports hazards to supervisors.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
