The position requires at least 1 year of property housekeeping experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with residents and team members. Travel not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property housekeeping experience.
• Effective communication.
• Maintain the physical condition of the vacant units.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools.
• Pick up debris and remove other objects from the property.
• Responding to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Accurately reporting all time worked by clocking in before beginning to work and out only when done working.
• Following all company policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the vacant units.
• Clean vacant apartment homes, models, and common areas.
• Turn vacant units per Elmington’s standards.
• Communicate with residents and coworkers.
• Respond to issues outside of normal schedule.
• Clock in/out accurately for all work performed.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
