Addington Place of Jupiter is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas. You will assist in preparing units for move-ins, respond promptly to resident needs, and help in emergencies while keeping a friendly, professional demeanor with residents and staff.

This role emphasizes reliability, clear English communication, and teamwork to support a safe and welcoming living environment for our residents.

Qualifications

• You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• You can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
