Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Accounts Payable Freight Coordinator in Winona, MN (55987). You will process carrier freight invoices, code expenses in the ERP, and support auditing and credits while collaborating with branches and logistics teams. A flexible schedule may follow onboarding and performance goals.

The role requires 18+ and strong communication, MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Drug screen may be required where applicable in the US.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Analyze freight invoices to determine correct expense department and GL coding.
• Enter data into PeopleSoft ERP to process carrier freight payments.
• Support freight auditing functions.
• Resolve freight claim discrepancies and process freight credits.
• Interact with branches, distribution centers, and carriers.
• Assist with digital workflow automation and process optimization.
