Job summary

Fastenal Co. is hiring for a Part-time Distribution Center Help Desk in Winona, MN. You will support Fastenal branches with customer service, track orders, and perform quality checks using RF scanners and printers at the 2001 Theurer Blvd facility.

Qualifications

• Entry-level/Administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient written and oral communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and multiple computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions from Fastenal branches by phone, email or online support.
• Provide tracking information and place orders.
• Perform quality checks to verify product descriptions and quantities.
• Locate orders in the warehouse and assist customers on-site.
