Cencora is launching a new Sterling, Illinois pharmacy location and seeks a part-time Staff Pharmacist to join the team. The role involves dispensing medications, counseling patients, and collaborating with prescribers to optimize therapy.

1–3 years of retail/ambulatory experience and an active IL pharmacist license are required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and training programs.

Formación

• Education: BS Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited school.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in Illinois.
• 1–3 years of direct retail/ambulatory pharmacy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications per standards and legal requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and clinical care; counsel patients on therapy.
• Review patient plans for therapeutic appropriateness and consult with prescribers.
• Support ambulatory pharmacy operations, marketing, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with regulations.
