Executive Building Maintenance is hiring a Part-Time Janitor for the AM shift in Richmond, VA. You will perform general cleaning, restock restrooms, and help keep buildings in pristine condition.

The ideal candidate has basic maintenance knowledge, can manage time, and work independently; TB testing and COVID vaccination are required. High school diploma and ability to operate basic cleaning equipment are essential.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and upkeep.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.

• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked.
• Work with a cleaning service when required.
