1ABOVE QUALITY SERVICES LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner to provide custodial services at a professional office facility in Ruther Glen, Virginia. The role is designed for someone who can work independently and uphold high cleanliness standards.

Compensation is $20.00 per hour with a small, regular schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays in a Virginia State Police facility, requiring successful completion of background screening and fingerprinting before

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Empty office and common-area trash
• Sweep and damp mop floors
• Clean offices and conference rooms as required
• Clean and sanitize breakroom/kitchen surfaces
• Clean entrance glass and doors
• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other surfaces
• Vacuum and maintain entrance/walk-off mats
• Replenish restroom supplies
• Maintain the janitorial closet in a clean and orderly condition
• Perform other routine custodial duties within the assigned facility
• Schedule Tuesday and Thursday
• Hours Approximately 2 hours per service day / 4 hours per
