• Prepares ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Communicates additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, or special requests to the kitchen.
• Prepares and cooks food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards.
• Processes all orders and collects payments from customers.
• Assists with busing, cleaning, resetting tables, delivering food, and cleaning prep areas.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas and follows all safety and sanitary guidelines.
• Completes opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup.
