Description

The Bistro at Courtyard is a chic, fast-casual restaurant offering an eclectic menu, including to-go options and full sit-down fare with cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. Team Members master various food & beverage functions, from serving beverages (including alcohol) to preparing ingredients, portioning, chopping, and storing food.

This position is for weekends & holidays, from 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

  • Process orders, collect payments, and assist in food & beverage areas including busing, cleaning, resetting tables, and delivering food.
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage prep areas, count the bank at end of shifts, and follow audit standards and cash handling procedures.
  • Follow all safety, security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, keep proprietary information confidential, and protect company assets.
  • Greet guests, address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests sincerely.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Develop positive relationships with team members and support team goals.
  • Adhere to quality standards.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds alone and over 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Perform other duties as needed.

Barista and bartending experience are a plus but NOT required.

Requirements
