Job summary

The Men's Wearhouse is seeking a part-time Retail Store Tailor to deliver high-quality alterations and fittings at our Whitehall store. You will measure, alter, and repair garments while upholding strict quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong sewing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced store environment. Availability to work at least 20 hours weekly is required.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail with strong sewing and alteration abilities.
• Ability to perform standard alterations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Comfort working around tailoring equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform tailor alterations (hems, waist/seat, rise, sleeve adjustments).
• Take measurements and fittings with customers to ensure proper fit.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper tool storage.
• Assist with tailoring-related inventory and stock replenishment.
• Provide customer-focused tailoring guidance to enhance fit and satisfaction.
