Job summary

JetBlue is seeking a part-time Airport Operations Crew member to deliver award-winning customer service at the airport. You will verify IDs, tag and handle luggage, assist passengers with special needs, coordinate boarding, and keep customers informed through PA announcements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18 years or older.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Verify IDs and handle luggage.
• Announce flight arrivals and departures via PA system.
• Coordinate duties with coworkers and other departments.
• Assist customers with special needs and questions.
