Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 18+ years old; valid work authorization in the U.S.
  • Minimum 1 year in customer service or sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Must complete assessment for adaptability, customer service, and safety.
  • Able to travel and work flexible hours; weekends and holidays.
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Verify identification and check-in passengers.
  • Tag, lift and handle luggage.
  • Announce arrivals and departures via PA system.
  • Coordinate boarding and assist with special needs.
  • Offer ancillary products to customers.
  • Maintain professional appearance and safety standards.
  • Operate airport equipment and communicate with teams.
  • Rotate through all Airport Operations functions (gate, ticket counter, etc.).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
