Air Ventures is hiring a Bar Specialist at Grille District inside Dulles International Airport. This is a part-time or hourly on-site role requiring a polished guest experience, knowledge of beverages, and adherence to airport security and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.

The position offers opportunities to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant setting with compensation reflecting hourly engagement and tip-sharing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in full-service or quick-service bar environments is preferred.
• Ability to greet and assist guests, take orders, and upsell menu items.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and standard non-alcoholic beverages.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests, seat them when appropriate, and present menus with specials.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders to kitchen staff and bar team.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Ensure guests meet age requirements and verify SIDA and alcohol-service certifications.
• Provide accurate billing and process payments; handle to-go orders when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and service stations.
