Job summary

National Aviation Services is seeking dependable interior aircraft cleaners for the ALB Albany Airport in Latham, NY. This part-time Service Worker role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and adherence to safety rules.

You will clean aircraft interiors, restock lavatories and galley areas, and ensure cleanliness of seats, magazine pockets, and debris-free cabins. FAA background checks and a valid US driver’s license may be required, with accommodations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must sign or clock in/out at the beginning and end of the scheduled shift.
• Proper uniform attire is required when reporting to work.
• Safety measures must always be taken including wearing mandatory PPE.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be capable of reading and understanding flight schedule(s).

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as assigned by the Lead/Supervisor and outlined in the scope of work.
• Remove all trash from aircraft.
• Clean and restock all lavatories.
• Clean galley, seats, seat back pockets, tray tables, and replace soiled magazines and sick bags.
• Conduct thorough security searches and submit Lost and Found items to the Supervisor.
• Review safety instructions when operating ground equipment.
• Maintain company vehicles in a clean, organized manner; assist in pre/post operation inspections.
• Review posted updates on Cabin Cleaning or Ramp Operations before each shift.
• Ensure break rooms, warehouse, and dock areas are clean and debris-free.
• Report injuries or property damage immediately to Shift Supervisor.
