Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is hiring for an Airport Agent in a part-time role in Montana. You will handle ticketing, rebooking, boarding, and assisting passengers, including those with special needs, while working outdoors in all weather conditions.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. A flexible schedule including split shifts is essential to success at SkyWest.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Lift 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Flexible schedule including split shifts (early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger luggage, airfreight, and company mail.
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, rebook passengers.
• Escort passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously.
• Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area.
• This position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Service aircraft as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
