Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
• Hands-on maintenance experience and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Teach FAA-aligned curriculum in a hands-on environment.
• Deliver instruction in classroom and active hangar settings.
• Demonstrate practical maintenance skills to students.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress.
• Support curriculum updates and coordinate with program leadership.
• Create a structured, engaging, and safety-focused learning environment.
• Maintain classroom and training materials and equipment.
