Uplink Talent seeks a part-time Catholic Religious Education Coordinator at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA. The role requires 17-20 hours per week, including Sunday at 11:00 am, with responsibilities across RCIA, sacramental classes, and religious education planning.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years directing RE programs, be active in a Middle Georgia Roman Catholic community or willing to relocate, and comply with security requirements and background checks.

Qualifications

• Should have 6 years of experience directing a religious education program.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• Should be a member of a Middle Georgia Roman Catholic Faith Community or willing to relocate.
• Should be familiar with RCIA and Catholic Church teachings.
• Public speaking skills and experience instructing all age groups.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support services: RCIA, Sacramental classes, and related activities, including planning and attendance.
• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion with base community and parishioners.
• Commit to the Air Force Base Catholic Community and its RE Program.
• Collaborate in the interfaith environment of the Air Force Chaplaincy Program.
• Recruit, train, and assign teachers, staff, volunteers, and students.
• Maintain monthly attendance reports and annual RE calendar and budget.
• Publicize RE activities via newsletters, email, social media, and announcements.
• Attend chapel staff and advisory meetings; coordinate planning with Chaplain.
