• Availability to work 20 hours per week, with up to 40% in-office.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into AI roadmaps and project plans for 6–9 months.
• Facilitate collaboration between AI data teams, infrastructure, and business colleagues.
• Manage development and rollout of prototype/POC AI tools.
• Provide AI governance and validation leadership.
• Participate in pilots with Amazon Quick and MS Copilot and assess tool suite.
• Generate ideas and develop useful AI tools for FS functions.
• Drive adoption with training sessions and a monthly AI Office Hours rhythm.
• Monitor KPIs related to AI impact.
• Support other strategic FS initiatives as time allows.
