Enzo Health seeks an Implementation Consultant to guide new customers from contract to live usage. You will migrate data, configure the platform to fit each agency, train teams, and ensure early value realization from day one.

You'll be on calls with agency owners, clinicians, and office staff weekly, advising on fit and guiding change. Some healthcare exposure helps, but we’ll teach the domain; a technical, systems-minded mindset with customer passion is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience after college in implementation, consulting, or a technical customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with data migrations - mapping, cleaning, and validating data moving between systems.
• Experience with complex business systems (ERP, CRM, EMR/EHR, or similar).
• A technical background: degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer-facing skills: leading calls, trainings, and earning trust of non-technical users.
• Consultant mindset: good questions, path recommendations, ownership of outcomes.
• Strong project management and organization to move multiple customers.
• History of adopting AI in workflows.
• Desire to be customer-facing; not suited for purely back-end roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding calls and working sessions with agency owners and staff.
• Understand each agency's workflow and tailor Enzo's fit beyond a direct replica of their prior setup.
• Build and deliver role-based training for field clinicians to leadership.
• Monitor early adoption and intervene when teams need help.
