Job summary

Shulman Rogers Gandal Pordy & Ecker seeks an AI Adoption & Innovation Specialist to support the Firm's adoption of its AI technologies. The Specialist will act as a firmwide resource for attorneys, delivering trainings and guiding AI-enabled workflows.

This part-time position (~12–15 hours per week) collaborates with the Information Systems Group and AI Steering Committee to increase AI proficiency and measure impact across practice groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Hands-on generative AI experience and quick learner of new AI platforms.
• Experience translating workflows into technology-enabled solutions; law firm/professional services preferred.
• Experience delivering training in group and one-on-one settings; strong confidentiality and responsible AI mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in the Firm's AI technologies and serve as an internal resource.
• Deliver firmwide and targeted trainings, demonstrations and guidance on AI in legal work.
• Partner with attorneys to identify processes and implement repeatable AI-enabled workflows.
