Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with manufacturers, consultants, and growers
• Evaluate potential manufacturers and products through questionnaires, documentation review, and screening
• Maintain HubSpot accuracy by logging interactions, updating company profiles, and tracking engagement stages
• Assist in onboarding new manufacturers: signed NDA, create SOW, secure deposit, scheduling first meeting with Operations Team
• Assist with business development initiatives that expand the Proving Ground network and program participation
• Represent the company at customer and grower interactions as needed
• Assist in managing agricultural field trials from planning through completion
• Identify trial locations and recruit participants
• Organize agreements and oversee trial setup, logistics, and product distribution
• Maintain project tracking systems, status reports, and trial documentation
• Create and manage digital trial records, accounts, and field visit schedules
• Provide training materials, instructions, and support to Field Specialists
• Monitor trial progress, review field reports, and ensure data quality
• Collect, organize, and analyze field, laboratory, and operational data
• Support data and document QA/QC, verifying completeness, accuracy, and consistency across all trial records
• Assist with season-end reporting, including data consolidation and formatting
• Manage reimbursements, receipts, and project-related administrative requirements
• Support the continuous improvement and expansion of Proving Ground field operations
• Contribute to SOP development and workflow refinement as the Proving Ground program expands
