Responsibilities

• Prepare Youth for Success
• Maintain a safe environment by implementing behavior support policies and procedures and using trauma informed care practices.
• Tutor students in 1 on 1 or small groups.
• Maintain accurate attendance, behavior and achievement records for reporting purposes.
• Maintain regular communication with site director and day school teachers to keep informed of student needs.
• Ensure quality improvement by monitoring and evaluating program outcomes against target goals and recommending modifications that respond to member needs and interests.
