Qualifications

• Strong listening, communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in customer service or call centers is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from parents, guardians, and school staff about bus stops, times, and delays.
• Research late buses, missed stops, and transportation concerns with dispatchers.
• Log complaints and feedback in electronic systems.
• De-escalate situations with professional customer service.
• Coordinate with the Transportation Manager and other personnel to address complex transportation questions.
• Provide timely updates on route delays and schedule changes.
