Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Teaching certificate a plus.
• Classroom teaching, internship, and/or tutoring experience.
• Ability to teach Math and Reading/ELA to various grades.
• Navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.
• Belief that all children can learn; passion to help students.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Reading/ELA and Math to small groups in a face-to-face setting with intervention focus.
• Deliver instructional models in readiness, reading, mathematics, and writing using company curriculum.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans with skill-appropriate goals.
• Ensure supervision of students; escort to and from classrooms; light lifting may be required.
• Enter data and maintain attendance, progress, and parent communication records.
• Schedule and attend parent conferences.
• Maintain student forms and files per regulations.
• Communicate with supervisors, teachers, principals, and parents.
• Differentiate instruction; engage students; track progress; pursue professional growth.
• Other duties as assigned.
