Job summary

YMCA Stark County is seeking a Part-time Youth Program Specialist to run Youth and Family Programs across Stark County. Shifts include after school and evenings, with occasional weekend events, and programming from 2:30 to 7. You will create and facilitate events for children, interact with families and guests, and help keep programs organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills with a focus on youth development.
• CPR and AED certification preferred, but will provide.
• Creative, motivated, interactive and fun.
• Ability to relate to diverse groups of people from all social and economic backgrounds.
• Experience with youth preferred.
• Valid Drivers License

Responsibilities
