Job summary

YMCA Stark County is seeking a Part-time Senior Program Specialist to run senior programs for the YMCA on the Fly throughout Stark County. The role requires a dynamic person with strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage members and deliver diverse classes.

Qualifications

• Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• CPR and AED certification preferred, but will provide.
• Certification from nationally-recognized fitness accreditation agency.
• Able to teach multiple formats, preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

• Meet and greet the members with enthusiasm.
• Design class format appropriate for type of class and participants.
• Serve as a good role model.
• Communicate with team members.
