• Assist with supervision of all participants and activities.
• Assist in planning and conducting after-school activities and events.
• Model and promote positive behaviors and social interactions.
• Build relationships with youth to support social and emotional growth.
• Help maintain a safe environment during arrival and departure.
• Assist in managing youth behavior and implementing intervention strategies.
• Contribute to monthly calendars and events and create marketing flyers.
• Perform other duties to support daily operations of The WELL.
