The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (college degree preferred), 3+ years of relevant experience, classroom instruction background, and strong communication skills to build rapport with teens while modeling professionalism.

Qualifikationen

• Requires High School Diploma; College Degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in a specialized field.
• Experience devising curricula around specialization.
• Experience with classroom instruction and facilitating lessons.
• Must be responsible, organized, and communicate well.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and professional in all interactions.

Aufgaben

• Supervise all participants, especially during activities.
• Maintain organized, clean classroom spaces.
• Maintain daily log of incidents/injuries.
• Chaperone youth groups during trips and events.
• Assist with programming by following the mission and coordinating with staff.
• Attend department meetings and trainings; create age-appropriate lessons.
