The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and have 3+ years in a specialized field, with classroom instruction experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience working in a specialized field.
• Experience creating and delivering curricula around specialization.
• Ideal candidate has classroom instruction experience and can facilitate lessons.
• Candidates must be responsible, organized, and communicate positively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all participants, especially during special activities.
• Maintain an organized and clean classroom space.
• Keep a daily log of incidents and injuries.
• Create lessons and curriculum around the specialty.
• Implement projects and activities for school year or summer camp.
• Attend required department meetings and trainings.
• Enforce rules and codes of conduct.
