Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising groups of students from TK to 8th grade.
• Communicate with parents when needed during the program.
• Knowledge of instructional strategies for all grade levels to help students with homework.
• Background in elementary education or early childhood education.
• VIRTUS Certificate, Cleared Fingerprints, updated TB Test, and other documents.

Responsibilities

• Support students with their homework and projects.
• Implement instructional strategies for diverse learners (arts & crafts, programming).
• Collaborate with Gator Staff to develop curriculum and program for TK–8th grade.
• Supervise students at play in the playground and club space.
• Utilize technology to enhance learning experiences.
