Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary School is seeking an energetic After-School Aide for our Gator Club. As a member of our close-knit community in Pasadena, California, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in a caring after-school care environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth for all participants in the program.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Support students with their homework and projects
• Implement instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of our after-school students and this could include arts & crafts and other programming
• Collaborate with Gator Staff to develop and implement the curriculum and program to students from TK to 8th Grade.
• Supervise students at play in the playground and the Gator Club space
• Utilize technology to enhance learning experiences for students who need help

Requirements

Salary and Benefits:
This is a part-time and the pay for this position is $18.57 per hour in the afternoons from 2:30PM-6:00PM.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
