Snapology of Lancaster and Reading is seeking a Part-Time After-School Program Facilitator to lead hands-on STEM/STEAM activities for children ages 4–14, using Snapology curriculum and LEGO bricks. This role offers approximately 10–15 hours per week with a consistent weekly schedule, afternoon/evening shifts, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a group or structured setting.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain safety standards.
• Availability for four afternoons/evenings each week.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging STEM/STEAM enrichment classes using Snapology curriculum and materials.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment that builds confidence and collaboration.
• Set up materials before classes and clean up afterward; report attendance as needed.
• Represent Snapology with families and partner schools in a professional manner.
