Job summary

Snapology of Lancaster is seeking a Part-Time Program Instructor to lead engaging, hands-on STEM/STEAM classes for children aged 4–14. You’ll use Snapology curriculum, LEGO Bricks, and robotics, with no lesson planning required as materials and training are provided.

Expect a consistent weekly schedule with 10–15 hours per week and afternoon/evening shifts. Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and excited about education, with a flexible schedule and willingness to help with field trips and

Qualifications

Experience working with children in a group or structured setting.
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Availability for four afternoons/evenings each week.
Reliable transportation to the Snapology center and local partner locations.
Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
Able to pass federal, state, and child abuse background checks.
Dependent, organized, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging programs using Snapology curriculum, LEGO Bricks, robotics, and more.
Inspire children and foster confidence, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Lead after-school programs at the Snapology center and local schools.
Represent Snapology and maintain a safe, organized learning environment.
Prepare materials before classes and clean up after.
