Job summary

Millard Public Schools Foundation Inc. is seeking a part-time Spark Teacher to support site directors in running before and after school programs.

You will help create a safe, engaging environment for children and staff, greet families, maintain confidentiality, and support daily operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preference for candidates with a related degree or 1500 hours of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field or an associate degree in early childhood education or child/youth services.
• 1500 hours of verified clock hours in organized group activities for school-age children or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spark Site Directors in implementing daily operations.
• Maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Assist in planning attendance records, lesson plans, and menus.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Site Directors.
