Job summary

Innovation Learning Inc. is seeking a part-time Resilience Coach for the Augusta area, supporting before/after school programs, school breaks, and summer programs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM–5:30 PM; must be available for full shifts at all sites.

Compensation is $20–$25 per hour, based on experience. This hands-on role emphasizes mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support for school-age children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
• Willing to undergo and pass background check and drug test

Location: School-Based Program Site

We have several programs across the Augusta area. We are looking for candidates who would be comfortable working at any of our program sites in the Augusta area.

Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership

Schedule: Part-Time (Before & After School Programs, School Breaks, and Summer Programs)

Monday-Friday: 2:15PM-5:30PM
We are looking for candidates who are available to work all five days for the full duration of the shifts. We cannot accommodate partial shifts at this time.

Pay: $20-25/hour, based on experience and region
