Job summary

Innovation Learning in Augusta, GA is seeking a Resilience Coach for part-time, after-school and summer programs. You will engage students, provide mentoring, academic support, and enrichment activities in a safe, energetic setting. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with youth, and strong communication.

CPR/First Aid is preferred. Background checks and drug testing will be conducted.

Location: School-Based Program Site

We have several programs across the Augusta area. We are looking for candidates who would be comfortable working at any of our program sites in the Augusta area.

Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership

Schedule: Part-Time (Before & After School Programs, School Breaks, and Summer Programs)

Monday-Friday: 2:15PM-5:30PM

We are looking for candidates who are available to work all five days for the full duration of the shifts. We cannot accommodate partial shifts at this time.

Pay: $20-25/hour, based on experience and region

Position Overview
